We ended the year by extending our collaborative learning community to those within our networks. We gathered 25 urban ministry practitioners and educators from the Greater Toronto Area for a retreat at Niagara-on-the-lake, where we spent time getting to know each other. We familiarized ourselves with each other’s ministries, specializations and the variety of ways we approach urban ministry education. We had some great sacred moments of worship and did some experiential learning in the community.
