As part of the Congregations and Communities initiative, Rev. Dr. Young Lee Hertig and her co-researchers Dr. Jerry Park (Baylor University) and Rev. Dr. Andrew Lee (Wheaton College) have been analyzing the Asian American Congregational Leadership Survey data to identify and unpack themes from participants from urban contexts. They are using several factors to extrapolate findings in this focus area.
